How It Works

1. Book Your Appointment Schedule online or call (248) 804-8011. Service appointments run Tuesdays & Fridays with four appointments available each day. Give us details when booking so we come prepared.

2. We Show Up & Diagnose Each appointment includes up to 1.5 hours on-site. We'll figure out what's wrong, explain it clearly, and give you options.

3. We Fix It Most issues are resolved in the first visit. If it takes longer or requires parts, we'll tell you upfront.

Service Call Pricing:

  • New Customers: $225 (prepaid when booking)
  • Existing Customers: $180 (prepaid when booking)

Each service call includes up to 1.5 hours on-site for diagnostic work, troubleshooting, and most repairs. Additional time billed at $120/hour if needed.

Do you service systems you didn't install? Yes - most of our service calls are on systems installed by others.

Can you help if we just bought a house and the smart home stuff doesn't work? Absolutely. This is one of our most common calls. We'll assess what's there and get it working.

What if contractors disconnected everything during renovations? We'll reconnect and reprogram it. Happens all the time.

Can you mount our TV? Yes, up to 65" as part of a service call. Larger or more complex mounts may need additional time.

What if the work takes longer than expected? We'll contact you before the appointment if your project description suggests it needs more time.
