The goal wasn’t to create an exact replica, but to carry over the Fox Theater’s signature elements: deep red velvet, rich wood tones, art deco geometric patterns, ornate metalwork, and golden cove lighting that creates an atmosphere of classic cinema luxury. This would be a true destination within the home, a space where stepping through the doors transported the family to a golden age of moviegoing.

As part of the multi-year estate renovation, the theater was built during the comprehensive construction phase involving Kastler Construction, Corey Damen Jenkins interior design, and multiple specialty trades. Weekly Tuesday coordination meetings ensured the complex acoustic requirements, custom millwork, electrical infrastructure, and aesthetic details aligned perfectly.
The Sound Vision managed all low-voltage integration, working from Cinematech’s acoustic engineering specifications to position speakers, route cabling invisibly, integrate control systems, and calibrate the complete audio and video system for optimal performance.
